Items that are not permitted for sale on this site:

• Alcoholic beverages
• Any human bodies or any parts of the human anatomy
• Stolen Goods
• Counterfeit products, replicas or knock-off brand name goods
• Any items or services deemed illegal by the Australian government or illegal within your state
• Endangered animals or species
• Government and transit badges, uniforms, IDs, documents and licenses
• Hazardous materials including but not limited to radioactive, toxic and explosive materials
• Identity documents, personal financial records and personal information
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, substances and items used to manufacture drugs and controlled substances, items designed only to help someone take drugs and drug paraphernalia
• Illegal telecommunication and electronics equipment
• Material that infringes copyright, including but not limited to software or other digital goods which you are not authorized to sell
• Prescription or non-prescription drugs and devices
• Plants and insects that are restricted or regulated
• Banned or recalled items see: www.productsafety.gov.au.
• Used or rebuilt batteries or batteries containing mercury
• Weapons and related items unless for display piece
• Votes in elections administered by the Australian Electoral Commission or state-based Electoral Commission

Profile images

Simply Post-it has strict guidelines for the types of images that can be uploaded to our platform. Any images containing the following are not allowed and will result in your account being moderated or removed.

• nudity or sexually explicit content
• violent gestures
• gruesome imagery
• depictions of criminal activity or drug use
• racist or hate imagery will result in your account being permanently banned.
• Additionally, shirtless photos taken out of context (such as in a bathroom), bikinis or swimwear taken out of context (such as indoors), lingerie or underwear, and shirtless/underwear mirror selfies.
• Simply Post-it has a zero-tolerance policy to have minors featured in photos. Please don’t post photos with minors because they will be removed.
• Always be honest and provide truthful information in your profile. Do not attempt to deceive or manipulate the system to bypass our content rules.
• Ensure that all profile images feature you with a clear and visible face. Images with blurry or obscured faces may be removed.
• Exceptions include wearing hats or sunglasses, as long as your face is still visible in the image. You may also include pets in your images, as long as your face is still clearly visible.

Personal Dating

To use the personal classifieds section:

• You are over 18 years old
• You are not offended by sexual images or adult content
• You will not advertise or promote any illegal content that contains minors, animals, deceased person/s, or anything that is posted without the subjects consent.
• You will not post any fake or misleading profiles
• You will not be abusive to other members and posts
• You will not spam other accounts with repeating messages or post repeating advertisements.

• Your business does not employ or promote sexual activity with minors
• You will not sell used items marked as new

• Each ad requires salary, location and detailed position description.
• Advertisements must be displayed in English
